Dave Milla – Owner & Founder of For Fit Sake

Experience & Qualifications
• Over 20 years of PT
• Qualifications too many to mention as we are trying to keep it short!
• A few of them: certified in boxing, spinning, exercising with children, pregnancy etc.  VicFIT registered.

What I love the about being a health and wellness trainer is making a difference in people’s lives and meeting people of all types! ! I’m inspired to help others to truly find their fittest and strongest selves and I love the positive impact is has on people’s lives! Outside of training others you’ll usually find me in the studio working out, with my family or watching a good Netflix show! My happiest moment(s) was the birth of all my children and greatest achievement was playing state hockey against some of the best players in the world. 4 wrods that resonate with me are: FOR FIT SAKE (sorry that is 3) DO IT (now I am 5!)

About Jake
What I love the about being a health and wellness trainer is being able to provide an environment that can positivity impact and change someone’s life. I am a space where positivity, happiness, health and well-being show up. Others getting out there and wanting the best for themselves inspires me to continue to do this work and live this life! Outside of For Fit Sake you’ll usually find me down the beach after spending the morning either by myself in a cafe reading a book, on the phone to mum or having a smoothie with friends. My greatest achievement is a collection of little dreams I’m slowly reaching in life. There isn’t one that stands out and I really do enjoy every moment! 4 words that mean something to me are: Honesty, Mischievous, Inspiring and Authenticity.

About Alex
What inspires me the most about being a health and wellness trainer is that it allows me to engage with so many people and connect with them on such a level that they feel exactly how amazing I feel while doing what I love! I want to inspire a work life balance so that people live for the moment and enjoy every moment. Outside of For Fit Sake you’ll find me out at the beach with my dog running around! Alongside the beach I take the time to head out to Wilsons Prom and Phillip Island to enjoy the outdoors with a different background. My happiest moment and greatest achievement is my current life and life style. I do what I enjoy every day and surround myself with positive people in my life! 4 words that resonate with me are: Genuine, Authentic, Freedom and Inspiration.

I love helping to provide an environment that helps you to push to be better than you were yesterday! What inspires me is to know that you can change your life in the click of your fingers. Outside of For Fit Sake you’ll usually find me drinking coffee, on an adventure or dancing.
